Media & Demand Generation
Growth is what fuels me. I’ve led demand gen strategies since I launched Camping World’s eCommerce 20+ years ago. Since then, I’ve led $1B+ in media, launched the media capability for Inspire Brands and enrolled 250k+ Medicare consumers online. I also teach an MBA class called “Digital Disruption in Modern Media”.
Marketing-Led Data & Tech

From statups to the Fortune 100, I’ve always been a champion of data and technology. Data that empowers decisions and tech that enables speed + efficiency. I’ve built location data models for Ford and AI-powered creative modeling for Chase. I”ve also led strategy for GaryVee’s data startup, doubling ARR annually.

Leadership & Cheat Codes

I’m passionate about building high-functioning teams that are culture “adds”. I’ve spent most of my career in multi-brand environments, where it was critical for me to identify, elevate and amplify cheat codes across the brands. I’ve built orgs across a variety of contexts, scale and geo’s, e.g. GER, UAE, UK, AUS, MEX, etc.

Who I am.

“Take what you do seriously, not yourself” is my mantra and it fuels me personally and professionally.
It’s the confidence in knowing who you are, appreciating the “how” more than the “what” and knowing culture is the greatest capability.

My NBDB’s (Never Been Done Before) include:

  • Launched eCommerce capability for Camping World as a college intern
  • Led the build of Sanofi’s Global Marketing Intelligence System that connected 900+ data sources for 85 brands in 35 markets, saving time, resources and money
  • Developed the Rx Calculator for Humana which enrolled 250k Medicare consumers online and was named an inventor on 6 patents
  • Led efforts to help two different startups raise $40MM in Seed and Series A capital raises
  • Led the first global integrated brand campaign for Jack Daniel’s
  • Worked with Twitter to launch age-gating on their platform to allow legal drinking age consumers to follow alcohol beverage brands
  • Launched eCommerce globally for Brown-Forman in the UK, Germany, Australia, etc, reaching profitability in 10 mos. and incredibly rich consumer data
  • Created the global media capability for Inspire Brands, ultimately leading over $1B in spend
  • Established the research division for leading location-data company, El Toro, that generated incremental revenue and increased partner engagement
  • Launched the brand Medosi in 7 weeks from concept to in-market introduction in CBD
